Mediterranean Blu

Våren går några år framåt till 2020, och Cypern har anslutit sig till “Blue wine”-vurmarna. Linos vingård belägen i Omodos, har skapat Cyperns första “blåvin” någonsin efter 4 års ansträngning – Mediterranean Blu. Det är också värt att notera att Linos är den sjätte vingården i världen som producerar blått vin.

Mediterranean Blu fångar färgen på Med i en flaska och är gjord av 99 % Xynsteri och 1 % ren druvjuice. Druvsaften kommer från både Alicante- och Mataro-druvor. Det finns inga konstgjorda färger, eftersom det är underbara och levande azurfärgade pigment som finns i skalet på rödvinsdruvorna; antocyanin.

Detta unika vin är uppfriskande sött, fruktigt och lätt med bara 12,5 % alkohol.

Servera kyld för att göra det till ett perfekt dag- och sommarvin. Smaker av bär, hallon, litchi och citrus.

Spring forwards a few years to 2020, and Cyprus has joined the “Blue wine” craze. Linos winery situated in the Omodos, have created Cyprus first ever “Blue wine” after 4 years of effort – Mediterranean Blu. It is also worth noting that Linos is the sixth winery in the world to produce blue wine.

Catching the color of the Med in a bottle, Mediterranean Blu is made from 99% Xynsteri and 1% pure grape juice. The grape juice being from both Alicante and Mataro grapes. There are no artificial colors, as it’s gorgeous and vibrant azure color pigment is found within the skin of the red wine grapes; anthocyanin.

This unique wine is refreshingly sweet, fruity and light at just 12.5% alcohol.

Serve chilled to make it a perfect daytime & summer wine. Flavors of berries, raspberries, lychee and citrus.
