Termen terroir förknippas vanligtvis med vinproduktion, men vi tror att detta måste ändras för att omfatta alla växter som växer i jorden, inte bara druvor. När det gäller vår cypriotiska potatis, som växer i den mineralrika röda jorden (Terra Rossa) under ett överflöd av solsken och med en konstant sval havsbris, händer något magiskt tack vare denna unika terroir som hjälper till att odla några av de bästa potatisarna i världen!

Samma potatis har varit vår inspiration, anledningen till att vi arbetat så hårt för att förvandla den till en slät, kristallklar vodka. Den första och enda vodkan som produceras och destilleras på Cypern med den bästa potatisen i världen, Cypernpotatis! Resultaten förvånar de som är bekanta med mainstream vodka. Ingen filtrering, inget kol, inga jippon och inga konstgjorda smakämnen.

Näsa: På näsan kommer du att upptäcka några söta toner som påminner om nybakat bröd.

Smak: Smaken kommer initialt att fira den sammetslena sötman, följt av den behagliga kristalljämnheten.

Finish: Längre än man förväntar sig av en vodka, med förtjusande kvardröjande toner av honungssötma.

The term terroir is usually associated with wine production, but we believe this needs to change to include all plants that grow in the soil, not just grapes. In the case of our Cypriot potatoes, that grow in the mineral rich red soil (Terra Rossa) under an abundance of sunshine and with a constant cool sea breeze, something magical happens due to this unique terroir that helps grow some of the best rating potatoes in the world!

This very same potato has been our inspiration, the reason why we worked so hard to turn it into a smooth, crystal clear vodka. Nose: On the nose you will detect some sweet notes reminiscent of freshly baked bread.
